1. Ld. Advocate for the Caveator submitted that praecipe is not served upon him. However, in pursuance of the order dated 23.01.2025 caveat is rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per the order of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, as caveator failed to remove the office objections within stipulated time. Hence, caveator may take steps as per the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 as there is no caveat survived. Hence, matter is taken further.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by amending the description of the property and correct the share and amend the age of Vijayshree as per the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Petition to be re-verified and Petitioner to file administration bond and Notice to Collector after carrying out the amendment. Hence, adjourned.
