One Kishor Ambekar (his identity is confirmed from Adhar Card ) and insisted to take on record his documents. Upon query made to him he replied that he was serving as an Audit Officer in Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Hence, he is aware about the Law though he insisted to take on record without any authority/provision.

Affidavit of service is defective as citation is affixed on the notice board of the collector on 01.03.2025 i.e. holiday. Hence, petitioner to take steps. Office to issue fresh citation for affixation on the notice board of the Collector within three weeks. Hence, adjourned.
