Ld. Advocate Mr. Ravindra Lihinar submitted that due to technical defect in the site, the caveat is not numbered. He submitted that the department has informed him about the objections and he has removed the said objections have been removed. He further submitted that the caveat will be updated withing 2-3 days.

Petitioner submitted that she will take steps to remove the immovable property from the schedule-I of the petition. She may take steps as per the Bombay High Court (O.S.) 1980.
