Advocate for the petitioner vide praceipe dated 29.07.2024 submits that present petition was listed on 02.07.2024 in which Advocate for the petitioner was permitted to carry out correction in para no. 1 with respect to identification proof of the deceased and reverification was dispensed with. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will carry out necessary correction forthwith and she may be permitted to do the needful and request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to carry out correction in para no. 1 with respect to identification proof of the deceased. Reverification is dispensed with.
