1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that affidavit along with family tree is produced in the petition. However, it does not reflect the correct position of the family.

2. According to the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, husband of the deceased namely Motilal was adopted by his mother. Said Hasmatrai had brother namely Pehelvan Singh and Srichand and Gyan are only surviving son of the said Pehelvan Singh, being the agnates of the husband of the deceased. However, legal heirs who comes before the agnates, particularly from the mother's heirs, as per Class-II Entry -VIII and IX of the schedule annexed to the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, there is no statement. Hence, petitioner to update the take steps. Hence, adjourned.
