Property is bequeathed to Ramesh Hemrajani, who died in the year 2021 prior to the death of the Testatrix. Hence, petitioner to explain whether that property bequeathed to the Ramesh further devolved upon his legal heirs or it forms the part of the residuary property as per the Section 105 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
