1. Read affidavit which is uploaded on 04.08.2025, in view of the Section 105 and 107 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. The petitioner has stated in his affidavit that the one of the legatee, namely Ramesh Hemrajani (Brother of the said deceased), who died in the year 2021, prior to the death of the Testatrix.

Hence, as per Sec.107 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, Ramesh Hemrajani's descendants could not get the property and gets the part of the property within the meaning of Section 105 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

Hence, the petitioner to take steps, according to law, in this regard.
