Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that she has uploaded affidavit of the petitioner having document no. AMH20240127357D202400021.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that affidavit of the legal heir, which was executed prior to the affirming the petition and therefore when it was filed on the portal, the number of the present petition has been mentioned on the said affidavit. She further submitted that email communication between the petitioner and the then widow of the deceased is also produced and the same may be considered as a communication between them in respect of the intimation about the proceeding. 3.
Furthermore, petitioner to follow Rule 203 of the Bombay High Court (O. S. ) Rules, 1980 to correct the affidavit or seek directions from the Hon'ble Court to rely on the said affidavit.

I have gone through the said affidavit. The petitioner undertakes to inform the widow of the deceased as per the statement made in paragraph No. 6(c) of the said affidavit. Hence, the petitioner to comply the same by following the procedure laid down in the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. 5.
