Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is Senior citizen and therefore requisition raised in the petition may be dispensed with. He further submitted that communication between the petitioner and the legal heir through Email, may be accepted as regard to the information of the petition to the said legal heir. However, procedure, otherwise laid down in the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980, can not be followed by this Office. However, the petitioner may take steps to accept the requisition raised by the office. Hence, adjourned.
