The Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that amended petition has been uploaded. I have gone through it. It appears that the petitioner mentioned that the widow of the deceased ceased to be legal heir as she remarried. Hence, her name is not mentioned in the petition.

However, when succession opened, the widow of the deceased was entitled to inherit the property by virtue of Sec. 14 and 15 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Hence, petitioner to satisfy that how the widow of the deceased ceased to be legal heir.
