This petition is for grant of letters of administration filed by three petitioners. This Court is informed that petitioners No.2 and 3 are class III legal heirs. Since, petitioners No.2 and 3 are class III legal heirs, they could not have been joined in the petition as legal heirs.

In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to delete the names of petitioners No.2 and 3 from the array of petitioners. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Needless to say that consequential amendments are also permitted.
