In this uncontested petition filed for grant of letters of administration, citations have been issued. At this stage, the petitioners wish to carry out amendments as per schedule annexed to the praecipe, in order to make a specific statement that the parents of the deceased pre-deceased him and also to add address at Serial No.1 of the schedule to the original testamentary petition.

This Court has perused schedule annexed to the present praecipe, proposing amendments as mentioned herein above. In the interest of justice, leave is granted to the petitioners to carry out the amendments as per the schedule annexed to the present praecipe.
