Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.08.2024 and thereby permission to mention alias name of Sunita, whose name is mentioned in serial no. 7 of the petition and furthermore, relation and her marital status is required to be corrected. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that affidavit of Sunita is obtained with new alias name. In view of the said affidavit, reverification is dispensed with. 2.
