1. Perused the petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Advocate for petitioner submits that in the para no. 7 of the petition the claim amount is wrongly mentioned as "87,29,400" which is required to correct as per schedule of the petition i.e. "95,67,078". The schedule is annexed at page no. 15-20 to the petition.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that in the cause title of the petition, the marital status of the deceased is not mentioned, he requested to carry out correction into the petition.

3. Advocate for petitioner is directed to carry out corrections in the cause title as well as para no. 7 of the petition within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order. And upload the corrected version. Reverification is dispensed with.

4. List the matter on 14.10.2024.
