Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Advocate for petitioner filed praecipe dated 25.01.2024 and states that earlier petition has been filed through the Constituted Attorney as per section 241 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 and now petitioner seeks to delete the name of Constituted Attorney and put himself as petitioner.

Advocate for petitioner is allowed to carry out amendment by deleting the name of Constituted Attorney, which has been mentioned in the title and para 17 of the petition and any other consequential amendment, if any. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.
