Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed Affidavit of petitioner dated 17.07.2024 and seeks to carry out amendment in terms of the Affidavit in the petition accordingly. She further submits that petitioner has explained legal heirs of deceased on oath in the Affidavit.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner request to dispense with re-verification since, petitioner has already filed his Affidavit as stated above and which is on record. Hence, re-verification is dispensed with.

In view thereof, amendment is allowed. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.
