EDHCBM02154972024 and administration bond online having document no. EDHCBM02121552024. There is no averment about the parents of husband of the deceased, who are legal heirs of the deceased vide Sec. 15(1)(b) read with Sec. 8 along with Schedule of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

2. Now, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 22.03.2024 and thereby requested to make an averment regarding mother in law and father in law of the deceased, who comes under Class-I and Class-II entry-I legal heirs of the husband of the deceased. Praeicpe is allowed.

3. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
