1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, in addition to the earlier praecipe dated 28.03.2025 (tendered on 01.04.2025), moved another praecipe dated 15.04.2025 along with the draft amendment to amend the schedule as proposed amendment annexed to the said praecipe.

2. At this juncture, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved another praecipe for amendment in para no. 4 of the petition. Both the praecipes are allowed, as per the draft amendment. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
