1. Office has informed that, while preparing the grant in order dated 21.08.2024, in para 1 the petitioner is mentioned as Executrix instead of "one of the Executrix".

2. Hence, in order dated 21.08.2024, in para 1 petitioner be corrected and read as "One of the executrix." Office not to prepare draft of probate.

3. It is found that the other executrix Christabel Maria Silva alias Christabel Maria Rebello, has already filed her affidavit reserving her rights as executrix. In view of the above, the order dated 21.08.2024 is recalled and the Ld. Adv. for the petitioner is permitted to amend prayer clause accordingly mentioning about reserving rights of other executrix. Re-verification is dispensed with. The said amendment is to be carried out within a week from the date of uploading of this order.
