1. This Petition is filed for Succession Certificate in respect of for securities belonging to the deceased Balubhai Chhaganlal Bhanji who died at Mumbai on 27th December 1954. As per Order dated 7th February 2024, the Petitioner has e-filed Affidavit proving fixation of Notice dated 16th February 2024 on notice board of the High Court, Administration Bond is filed on 21st February 2024. The Petitioner is the sole legal heir in the matter.

2. Since the Adv. for the Petitioner has complied with all requisitions, office is directed to issue Succession Certificate in respect of securities belonging to the deceased, after verifying Cross Petition or objection if any filed in the matter.

3. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is 80 years old and hence Succession Certificate be issued expeditiously. Office is directed to issue Succession Certificate expeditiously.
