1. Heard the Ld. Adv. for the petitioner.

2. It is found in the prayer clause that there is no mentioned about the rights of other executrix. The Ld. Adv. submits that the other executrix has already filed letter at Page No. 18. There is reference at the said letter in Para 5 of the Petition. However, after going through the said letter, it appears that it is not specifically stated that the rights of the other executrix have been renounced.

3. For the reasons stated above, the Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner to amend the prayer clause mentioned in the rights of other executrix. The amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.
