Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to give an undertaking to the Hon'ble Court, that he will not sell or alienate the property without the permission of the Hon'ble Court instead of justify the Surety to the Administration Bond vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980. However, in view of the Notice dated 28.03.2025, the petitioner to take out the proper proceeding for dispensation of the requisition to justify the surety to the administration Bond.
