Heard Mr. Rane, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner. 2.

Both the non-consenting legal heirs have not filed their objection despite service of citation. In that view of the matter, the objection raised by the Department in its requisition dated 26.02.2025 stands dispensed with.

Petitioner is directed to file appropriate Administration bond and undertaking in accordance with the rules to justify the sureties of the non-consenting legal heirs.

Mr. Rane, learned Advocate informs the Court that undertaking has already been filed alongwith Interim Application (L) Corrected / Modified Order as per Speaking to the Minutes of Order passed on 18.11.2025 1 of 2

81-A.IAL.33502.2025.doc No.33502 of 2025. The same shall be considered by the Department as adequate and Department shall proceed with issuance of Grant to Petitioner in accordance with law.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.

Petition for issuance of Grant also stands allowed in the above terms. Testamentary Petition is disposed. 7.

The Grant shall be issued to Petitioner within a period of three weeks from today positively.

In the present matter, Mr. Rane informs the Court that the Judge's order (L) No.12910 of 2025 is filed, the same is also allowed and permitted to withdrawn in view of the above. 9.

Judge's Order (L) No.12910 of 2025 is also disposed in view of the above order.
