While finalizing the grant office has raised objection in the schedule of the petition with respect to the HUF properties not included in Schedule-I as well as the total of claim amount is in difference of the schedule amount.

2. Today, Advocate for petitioner present before me and he has filed praecipe dated 21.02.2025 for permission to seek amendment in Schedule - I and III including para 9 of the petition. Advocate for petitioner requested to carry out the said amendment. The said amendment is accepted.

3. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment into the Schedule - I and III including para 9 of the petition as per praecipe dated 21.02.2025. Advocate for petitioner to carry out all consequential amendment and upload the corrected version of the petition within one week from the date of uploading of this order.
