2. Considering the reasons mentioned in the praecipe, I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment in para - 9 of the Petitioner explaining the chain of inheritance for legal heirs at Sr. Nos. 5, 6 and 7 and also to correct the name of legal heir at Sr. No. 7 as stated in the praecipe. Amendment is allowed. Office to permit the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to carry out the aforesaid amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of the order. Re-verification is dispensed with.
