1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and submitted that in order dated 19.11.2025, name of the petitioner is incorrectly written as Kmaljit Singh Warcharan Singh Sandhu instead of "Kamaljit Singh Harcharan Singh Sandhu". Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Read order dated 19.11.2025, perused petition. In order dated 19.11.2025, name of the petitioner is corrected and read as "Kamaljit Singh Harcharan Singh Sandhu" instead of Kmaljit Singh Warcharan Singh Sandhu. Furthermore, name middle name of the deceased is also corrected and read as Mahinder Kaur Harcharan Singh Sandhu.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 19.11.2025 will remain as it is.
