1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that (No R &P) earlier petition is pending as it became contested even petition filed by the other side is also converted into contested suit. Hence, grant is not issued. Considering this statement requisition raised on earlier occasion is over turned.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that properties mentioned in the present schedule-I of the petition are not the part of the Will, which is subject matter of earlier two petitions, such as TP/1998 and 1942/2022.

As per the submission of Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, it appears that deceased is same in these three petitions and therefore, it is necessary to go through the Will to ascertain that the subject matter of the Will is told or not. Hence, adjourned.
