1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 03.01.2025 and thereby seeks permission to delete the properties mentioned at serial no. 1 to 4 oi the schedule-I of the petition as it is not the part of the will. I have gone through the Will. In para no. 2 of the Will, reference of the properties are mentioned and same is mentioned in para no. 5 and 6 of the petition. Submission is accepted. Prayer is allowed as per the para no. 1 of the praecipe marked as 'A'. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments throughout the petition. Petitioner to carryout necessary amendment in relevant paragraph regarding deletion of these properties and reason thereon.

3. Amendment be carried out within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

4. After amendment office to issue citation Avaan Patel. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to take steps accordingly for issuance of citation. Hence, adjourned.
