2. Office to consider the said affidavit, if the affidavit is in respect of the proposed amendment, which is to be carried out in the petition, then the office to allow the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to carry out an amendment as per the earlier order. Furthermore, time for carry out an amendment is also extended by three weeks, form the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of such amendment.
