1. While signing the draft of grant, in order dated 09.05.2024, it came to the notice that the words "Thus, delay is explained" is not mentioned in para - 3 of order dated 09.05.2024.

2. In view of above, Order dated 09.05.2024 is modified by adding the words "Thus, delay is explained" in para - 3 of order dated 09.05.2024.

3. Rest of the order remain as it is.
