It appears that petitioner has not stated about the grand parents of the deceased in the petition. Hence, petitioner to take steps to aver the fact about the grand parents of the deceased as per the personal laws applicable to the deceased. The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.06.2024. Hence, adjourned thereafter.

Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the administration Bond, she has explain the facts vide a praecipe. However, the department has told her that praecipe will not be accepted online. Then in such case, the department to accept the praecipe physical or online, as the case may be and in case of physical acceptance, the department to give acknowledgment on the same. Furthermore, similar exercise may be taken in respect of the another petition filed by the present petition (i.e. TP/157/2024).
