Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 07.10.2024 and thereby prays to amend the para no. 1 in place of death of the deceased. Furthermore, the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased No.2 is having an immovable property, situated out of the State. Hence, details averment is required to be introduced in the petition so that this court will ascertain the jurisdiction to entertain the petition. Hence, praecipe and submission are accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
