1) To check capacity of petitioner as per Will.

2) Consent is filed for 'Probate' and not for 'Letters of Administration with Will'.

3) As per Will, son of deceased namely Siddhesh Prakash Dhamanaskar residing permanently at New Zealand however, in para 8 of the petition address shows of Mumbai. Advocate to explain.

4) As per Will, there are annexures to the Will. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 21.10.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
