1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to produce the copy of the divorce decree, which is referred in the Petition. Furthermore, annexure which is referred in the Will is not seen along with the copy of the Will. Hence, the petitioner to state about said Annexure and explain that whether it was existed at the relevant time or not. Furthermore, office is directed to reduce the original will for perusal only to adjust ascertain that whether annexure -A is along with the Will or not. Petitioner is adjourned for compliance.
