The matter is on board in view of a praecipe dated 15th January 2025, by which the Petitioner has set out that the original Petition is misplaced and, hence, he sought leave of the Court to carry out amendments on the Certified Copy of the Petition. The amendment

903-TP-481-2024-WITH-WILL-216-2024.DOC which is sought to carry out is only to state the Customary Law which is applicable to the deceased at the time of his death. 2.

Having due regard to the fact that the original Petition is misplaced, the Petition is granted liberty to carry out the amendment on a Certified Copy of the Petition. Amendment to be carried out on or before 13th February 2025.

The praecipe is disposed of in these terms.

Originals of the documents that are scanned and e-filed are being preserved by the Advocates/Parties appearing in person, as the case may be. In case of misplacement of these e-filed documents, the Advocates/Parties appearing in person may print had copies of all pleadings and documents filed electronically from their respective login IDs or may apply with the Registry for certified copy of said e-filed documents for reconstruction. The procedure/guidelines prescribed for reconstruction of physical matters/documents shall be followed in that case by the Registry.
