1. Perused Petition . Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Shyam Sunder Subramanian Iyer being the Executor named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Shri. A. S. Raghavan alias Raghavan Srinivasan Andapuram, S/o.

Srinivasan Andapuram, said to have died Mumbai on 13.04.2023. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Copy of Aadhar Card of the deceased as ID Proof is annexed to the petition.

2. Ms. Olive D'souza Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Chennai on 30.05.2020. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Olive D'souza, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is submitted that parents and wife of the said Deceased have predeceased the said Deceased.

Exhibit- "E" to the petition is copy of her death certificate and she left behind her husband (deceased herein) and, one son and one daughter. Save and except as mentioned in Para

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 9, there are no other Legal heirs or next of kin Left by the deceased abovenamed.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. There is affidavit of service filed by Sheriff Office dated 15th April, 2024 showing service upon non-consenting legal heirs Shri R. Manoj (legal heir) and Smt. Kirthi Raghavan (legal heir). Affidavit of Shri B. A. Raju (alias Raju B.A.) and Shri B.

Ramalingam S/o Govindaraj Baskaran, both the attesting witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate expeditiously as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
