1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in para no. 1 of the order dated 26.11.2024 it is mentioned as then petitioner no. 2 has expired. However, before amending the petition there was only one petitioner. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In para no. 1 of the order dated 26.11.2024 the words "petitioner no. 2" are deleted and words "petitioner's Principle, namely Abbas Tyebji Dahodwala". It is made clear that rest of the Order dated 26.11.2024 will remain as it is. Corrected copy of the order be uploaded in the CIS.
