2. As per the earlier directions, citation is required to be affixed on the notice board of the collector of Bombay. However, it is not complied with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner undertakes to complete this requisition before next schedule date.

3. If Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that draft citation along with the praecipe, then the office to issue citation for compliance of Rule 397 of of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

4. It for the petitioner further submits that grandparents of the all deceased person were already mentioned in the petition. Ld.

advocate to point out it and if it is not complied with then take the necessary steps for amendment. All these requisitions shall be complied with on or before next scheduled date.
