Read praecipe dated 29.02.2024 and heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Read earlier order. The petitioner seeks permission to carry out an amendment in the petition in respect of the Comply the provision of Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 (for short "BHC Rules"). Furthermore, the petitioner seeks permission aver the facts regarding the parents of the deceased. Proposed amendment is necessary and therefore praecipe is granted.

Furthermore, the petitioner to amend the title of the petition by mentioning the details of the power of attorney of the heirs of the deceased as well as the petitioner to amend the prayer of the petition as per the form appended to the BHC Rules, 1980.

The petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment as referred herein above within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. 4.
