Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petition has been amended, due to the death of the one of the petitioner.

I perused the petition. It appears that the petitioner No.2, who is since-deceased to the deceased, has executed the Will and therefore petitioners have described chain of inheritance accordingly. Hence, it is required to be go through the relevant provisions and pleadings, in this regard. However, due to paucity of time matter is adjourned. 3.
