Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 07.08.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition, as suggested in the praecipe, in pursuance of the order dated 18.06.2024. In view of legal provisions and to sustain the capacity of the petitioner to present the petition as per the Section 218 of the Indian Succession Act, 1956, proposed amendment is just and proper. Hence, Praecipe is allowed. 2.
