As per the Order dated 03.09.2024, petitioner was allowed to amend the petition to the extend of legal heirs of the husband of the deceased. Accordingly, the petitioner has amended the petition. However, it is noticed that while carrying out the said amendment, name of the Sarawati Rajaram Sakpal came to be deleted, which was not within the ambit or scope of granted amendment. Hence, the petitioner to reinstate the position as it was. Petitioner to re-instate the fact within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
