Called for Compliance Advocate for the petitioner submits that at para no. 8 of the petition the claim amount is wrongly mentioned as 5,97,000/- instead of 15,97,000/-. Advocate for petitioner request that she may be permitted to carry out the correction in the petition and reverification may be dispensed with. Similarly, in para no. 6 of the petition the share of the deceased is mentioned as 1⁄2 share which is required to be corrected as 1/3rd share. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is allowed to carry out the correction forthwith and upload the corrected version of the petition. Reverification is dispensed with.

Advocate for the petitioner submits that inadvertently they have not mentioned about the wife of the deceased viz. Nilofer Kapadia who predeceased the deceased. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to carry out the correction in para no. 4 of the petition and reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted.
