Advocate for the petitioner submits that they will file a praceipe before the Hon'ble Court for withdrawl of TP(L) 32291 of 2023 and the present petition TP 527 of 2024 can be proceeded ahead.

As per direction of the Hon'ble Court TP 527 of 2024 can be proceeded ahead for grant.
