1. Perused petition and additional affidavit of the petitioner, solemnly affirmed on 11.10.2024 along with documents annexed thereto. It appears that deceased testatrix was holder of the bank accounts which were described in the affidavit as well as in the Will. Hence, as per the clause No. 02 of the Will, an amount of Rs.20000/- out of total amount lying in these accounts to be paid to Anagha, daughter of the deceased testatrix. Hence, schedule-I of the petition as well as relevant paragraph in the Will, regarding the Valuation of the properties, is required to be amended so as to give the details of the properties. Hence, petitioner to take steps. Hence, adjourned.

2. if amendment takes place, as per the steps of the petition, then after amendment there will be variance in the amount. Hence, petitioner to correct the administration bond and file same for gross amount. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by Petitioner, surety and notary. Furthermore, the petitioner to comply the requisition of issuance of notice to collector, vide Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.
