1. Read praecipe dated 10.12.2024, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner and he seeks permission to amend the schedule-I, para no. 7 and 11 as certain information has been collected from the bank which are required to be added in the petition. Petitioner has filed the affidavit in this regard. Perused said affidavit and document annexed to it. These properties are mentioned in the Will and therefore, these are required to be included in the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. In view of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

3. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby requested to allow him to deposit the sum of Rs. 20,000/-against the bequest given to Anagha Umesh Mantri as per the Will. Submission is accepted. Petitioner to deposit the amount with the Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, Original Side, High Court, Bombay and upload its acknowledgment on the portal. Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, to invest the same in nationalized bank for a period of one year and thereafter renew the same from time to time . Hence, adjourned.
