In para no. 4 of the affidavit it is mentioned that TS No. 97 of 2017 in TP 2080 of 2016 which is filed by ANNAHITA ZARIR DESAI and the same is pending. Advocate for the petitioner in para no. 5 of the affidavint also stated that the present petition do not have any concern with TP No. 2080 of 2016.

Advocate for the petitioner can seek appropriate direction from the Hon'ble Court as office cannot proceed with grant since there is a TS No. 97 of 2017 is pending for the estate of the same deceased before the Hon'ble Court. Advocate for the petitioner can take out appropriate application before the Hon'ble Court for seeking necessary direction.
