Mr. Jacob Kadantot, Advocate for Petitioner ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : The present matter is placed on board in view of praecipe dated 02.05.2025 filed by the Advocate for Petitioner, requesting to dispense with the office objection with regard to translation of Decree of Divorce of the Court of Spain.

Perused said praecipe. It is stated in the said Praecipe that the Petitioner has annexed the Decree of Divorce of the Court of Spain alongwith English Translation of the same to the Petition. However, since there is no official translator within Translation Department, who is well verse with Spanish, the said office objection may be dispensed with.

Petitioner to move before the Hon'ble Court for appropriate orders.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
