1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the praecipe dated 21.03.2024 order has been passed on 01.04.2024. However, reverification is not dispensed with. He submitted that petitioner is senior citizen and 79 years old. Therefore, re-verification may be dispensed with. He undertakes to file documents showing the name which is supposed to be carried out. Furthermore, time to carryout an amendment is extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
