1. Read praecipe dated 26.03.2024, In view of query raised by an earlier order dated 16.03.2024, brother namely Shrinivasan and sister namely Bhooma, died on 11.02.2010 and 23.01.2017, respectively. These persons are pre-deceased the deceased, therefore, their descendant / children comes under Class-II Entry-IV legal heirs. Hence, they could not claim the inheritance in the estate of the deceased. Therefore, praecipe stands allowed to delete the legal heir of above two deceased.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
